Taylor Partners uses CIM/CAM recognised methodologies to develop digital strategies for its clients.  As digital is now mainstream then any strategy must be part of the overall corporate strategy and be designed to help deliver the business objectives.

Typically our starting point is to carry out a situational analysis of the client’s current digital position.  This will involve a competitive comparison exercise, gap analysis, SWOT, PESTEL and a review of the metrics associated with their current digital position.

The next part of the exercise is to agree the objectives for the digital marketing strategy including SMART KPIs. This then leads to determining the appropriate strategy, tactics and actions associated with delivering the objectives. An additional important part of this exercise is to monitor and measure the results to both inform the process as well as calculating the ROI where possible.

Content Marketing & Automation brings together the various silos (web, email, social, rich media and analytics) together into a single platform which allows a self-service approach to digital marketing campaigns.  And when this is harnessed to automated processes then content marketing really begins to leverage the digital marketing effort with better response rates and greater efficiencies.

Social Media is now mainstream but still needs careful consideration when applying it to a business as it has both the power to help and hinder a business.

Like everything we do at Taylor Partners we believe that social media should be approached strategically and objectives and KPIs should be set at the outset. Listening is often the first step we embark on and can either recommend free social media monitoring tools or we will work with partners for more sophisticated projects.

Identifying the resource required for social media is also an important part  of what we do including training and providing social media policy guidelines.
