While on contract at Brightfire I was responsible for managing the introduction of Hubspot for Colt Technology to replace their existing marketing automation platform. Colt decided that campaign management would be more effective, efficient and reduce costs if it was a self service-model rather than being subcontracted offshore.

The project involved replicating their legacy landing pages, creating new email and landing page templates for 8 countries and in 10 languages,  synchronising their existing database and training 60 European marketers in how to use the new platform – all within a 3 month time frame.

The deadline was met and the project has been viewed as a great success as it has met all their objectives.
